Ever wonder what the moon looked like on your birthday? Or the birth dates of your children? The day you got married? Or the date of a person you love who passed on? We can help you find out and create it into a beautiful, simple necklace for you.

• Available in antique bronze or silver tone.
• Chain measures 18″ and slider pendant measures 1/2″ in diameter.
• Each piece is individually handcrafted and may vary slightly from the picture.
• Not 100% waterproof. Please avoid wearing them in the shower or pool. Nickel and lead free!

How to order your customized moon phase??

• Provide Date 1 (MM/DD/YYYY), Time Zone 1, Approximate Time Of Day 1 (if possible), Date 2 (MM/DD/YYYY), Time Zone 2, and Approximate Time Of Day 2 (if possible) of the dates you wish to celebrate in the custom note box below. We will verify your moon phase and begin production.
• If your date has a “new moon” (i.e., the first and darkest phase of the moon, which would essentially be a black pendant), we will contact you to let you know and give you the option of moving forward with your New Moon or choosing a different date/moon phase.
• Each order includes a card describing the date information and the moon phase.
